Lukoli Commons is a new neighborhood just outside Huntsville, Alabama designed for those 55+ who want more than a house — they want a true community. What is Lukoli Commons?

  • Lukoli comes from the Choctaw word for “gathering.” We honor this meaning by building a community rooted in care, connection, and respect that feature:

  • Independent homes with shared spaces — enjoy the privacy of your own home alongside welcoming common areas for meals, gatherings, and celebrations.

  • Resident-led living — the neighborhood is shaped and managed by the people who call it home, giving everyone a voice and a sense of ownership.

  • Mutual support and connection — neighbors naturally look out for one another, building trust, friendship, and fellowship.

Designed for active, independent living — walkable layouts, thoughtful design, and a caring community make it easier to live well at every stage of life.
